WebJun 25, 2024 · When I click on the Windows 10 Action Center notification icon at the bottom-right of my screen: the Windows 10 Action Center does not open. Instead, I get a very brief (< 1/4 second) "spinning" mouse pointer, and then nothing. I can't open the Action Center by any other means, either.
