WebSadly, removing and re-pairing the keyboard didn't fix it this time. Keyboard still not connecting at boot, requiring me to plug it in to login (thanks Apple!). If I find a fix without disabling FileVault (seriously Logitech..dumbest suggestion ever), I'll post another update.
