WebAs the title says some NPC's in new vegas don't have any facial textures and I have no idea what's causing it. I've started a few new games but that doesn't seem to help. Two NPC's which were affected were Chet and the unnamed Goodsprings settler who is being attacked by Gecko's near the wells. Some people it seems are only in the arms, some are their whole bodies. There are plenty of normal colored bodies which I'm pretty sure come from character overhaul.
