WebGoldwrap is a legendary belt in Diablo III. It requires character level 8 to drop. When the unique bonus is combined with Goldskin armor and Boon of the Hoarder, it becomes a very powerful protection tool, even against bosses. It is one of the few reasons why people are taking the Gold find statistic from the Paragon levels. WebBoon of the Hoarder doesn't drop from Greater Rifts. It drops from boss in the goblin realm. To get to the goblin realm you have to kill goblins (in Adventure Mode, not in Rifts) until one of them opens a portal. People are reporting that this was changed in 2.1.2, and can now drop in GRifts.
